This is an age-old question that has been debated for centuries. Modern science still cannot fully explain what it means to be conscious.
And yet here we are, awake and aware of our present surroundings. Some of us happy, some of us sad, and a plethora of emotions in between.
We practice spiritual techniques together such as meditation and mindfulness so that way we can become more aware of our thoughts and our feelings. Learning more and more about how these patterns affect our reality and how we see it.
